I just got back from my second workout for the day...did my
Adonis Effect Growth workout at 4pm...then went back to the gym to do some extra
cardio and watch the game at 8pm.
Today's fast is a bit different than my regular
Tuesday fast...
I normally start my
Tuesday fast after a late dinner around 10pm, and resume eating around 10pm on
Wednesday. This time I started my
Tuesday fast at 1pm and I'll get back to eating around dinner time on wed after a 4pm workout...
that makes this one around a 30 hour fast.
The past two
Tuesday I've done a 48 hour and a 42 hour fast...I am finding that after about the 30-35 hour point I'm just coasting and I don't feel like eating at all! Workouts are fine during these longer fasts as well.
I'll report back in tomorrow with an update of the end of the fast and how I feel during my "Break-Fast" tomorrow evening!
